Booking policies.
Booking your appointment means you agree to the following policies and reminders.
Deposit & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required and must be sent within 10 minutes after booking.

Remaining payment must be paid through Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo only.
Late Arrivals
- 5-minute grace period
- After 10 minutes: $10 extra
- After 15 minutes: $15 extra
Please arrive on time so your full service can be completed. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule with the same deposit.
- No-show or no-call: a new deposit is required.
- Rescheduling after the 48-hour mark: a new deposit is required.
Appointment Reminders
- Arrive with clean, bare nails or book a soak-off, unless you booked a fill-in.
- Do not arrive with damaged nails; I will not work over them.
- Select the correct services and add-ons when booking.
