Lovo Nails respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through lovonails.com and how we use it when you request or manage an appointment.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, home address, Instagram username, appointment details, notes, and nail inspiration photos. We also keep your text-message consent choice and basic records needed to protect the booking system.
How we use information
We use your information to schedule and manage appointments, verify returning clients, send appointment decisions, changes and reminders when authorized, answer questions, prevent misuse, and operate Lovo Nails.
Client information and consent forms
We collect the allergy, relevant health, nail or skin, and previous reaction information you choose to disclose, along with your consent, typed signature, form language, and signing time. You can choose to discuss sensitive answers privately. These records are encrypted in storage and available in the signed-in owner view for service planning. We match the one-time form requirement by your full client name, independently of your phone number. Tell us before your next service if your information changes. Health answers are not included in appointment emails or texts and are not publicly displayed.
Text messages and mobile information
If you separately choose to receive texts, Lovo Nails may send verification codes, appointment status updates, rescheduling notices, and reminders. Consent is optional and is not a condition of booking. Message frequency varies, typically up to 6 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers and required disclosures
We may use service providers, including website hosting, email, storage, and text-message providers such as Twilio, only to operate the services described here. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect clients, Lovo Nails, or the public.
Retention, security, and your choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for appointments, business records, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. You may opt out of automated texts at any time by replying STOP; you may still book using email. Contact us to request an update or deletion of your saved client information, subject to required recordkeeping.
